Try cooking a healthy new meal this month. Go online and find something that entices your taste buds while also giving you the nutrients you need. Cooking is also more cost effective than eating out daily and will save you a lot of money in the long run. Also it is a safer alternative right now during this pandemic. Set Your Intentions
Setting your intentions is a very underrated method of elevating your life. Would you go on a road trip without destination? Would you build a house without a blueprint ? No, I don’t think so. In the same manner, we must have clear goals set for our life. Start small, make monthly even weekly goals for yourself to get the motivation you need.
A weekly goal I have set more myself is to take my medication on time. I forget to prioritize this which is not good for my health. Why this goal may sound small to some, this goal helps my overall well-being so I can go after my dream life. What is a weekly goal that you could set for yourself ?
Also make a yearly goal. I have a goal for this year to save more money & spend less on mindless purchases. I love buying delicious smelling body washes and lotions but I end up having an excess of them while still buying more. I also want to focus on my mental health by being mindful & trusting God more.
Do you have a goal to buy a home? If you do, now is the time to plan for that life changing move. Believe in Yourself
Believing in yourself is fundamental for leveling up your life and living up to your full potential. I could give you all the great tips in the world, but if you do not believe in yourself, none of it would matter. If you struggle in this area, know that you are loved , valued and extremely worthy . Sometimes we can be our own worse enemy but don’t let this be you. If you struggle with your mental health , don’t be afraid to reach out to someone you trust or a health care professional.
I constantly have to remind myself of my value and worth; it’s so easy to focus on what you don’t have in life and think that you are running behind . I want you to know that you are right on time and your life journey is your own. Believe in your dreams and believe in yourself and everything else will fall into place .
I’m excited to be on this journey with you. You have the tools and resources now to be successful in every goal you set. Keep believing in yourself, implement a plan and put it into action .
