My Knight in Shining Armor

My shield
my fortress
You are my knight in shining armor
and because of you King,
I don't fear the night,
but i can dance beneath the stars
because you wipe away all fear,
all tears, and give me joy everlasting.
You are my hope, my joy and my song,
and I want you to know that you are appreciated.
I see what you do--and even the things that go unnoticed to me,
how you hang the universe in balances, saving us from danger--saving your creation from ourselves--
I want you to know I see you.
So Abba,
let me wash your feet,
let my kiss your feet-
I want you to know
you are appreciated...forever.
